REFUND POLICY
We accept refunds and exchanges.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective in materials and workmanship under normal use by the original purchaser for one year after the date of purchase from LaunchLaser.com or a Launch Laser franchisee or dealer. Launch Laser makes no other express warranties. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@launchlaser.com and send your item to: 121 N Mead Ste 104, Wichita, Kansas, US, 67202.

WARRANTIES
This warranty does not cover (a) damage or failure caused by or attributable to abuse, misuse, failure to follow instructions, improper installation or maintenance, alteration, accident, Acts of God (such as floods or lighting), or excess voltage or current; (b) improper or incorrectly performed repairs by persons who are not a Launch Laser Authorized Service Facility; (c) consumables such as fuses or batteries; (d) ordinary wear and tear or cosmetic damage; (e) transportation, shipping or insurance costs; (f) costs of product removal, installation, set-up service, adjustment or reinstallation; and (g) claims by persons other than the original purchaser. Should a problem occurred that is covered by this warranty, send the product back to Launch Laser 121 N Mead Ste 104 Wichita, KS 67202 with proof of purchase, unless otherwise provided by law: (a) replace the product with the same or a comparable product, or (be) refund the purchase price. All replaced parts and products, and products on which a refund is made, become the property of Launch Laser. New or reconditioned parts and products may be used int he performance of warranty service. Repaired or replaced parts and products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. You will be charged for repair or replacement of the product made after the expiration of the warranty periord.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
